Guilin Xingda Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD is a specialized manufacturer producing the extract of plants (Chinese traditional medicine).It situated in the Balijie Economics Technolodge Development Zone of Guilin. This zone is about 1.5 kilometers from the train starting station and 20 kilometers from Liangjiang international Airport of Guilin. The entrance of motorway from Guilin to Beihai is next to it too. The factory has the capacity to produce ginkgo biloba flavone 80 tons and to processother plant materials 3000 to 4000 tons annually. At present, the factory becomes one of the factories with largest scale in the plant (Chinese raditional medicine) extraction field in china. The factory is a high-new technology enterprise of Guangxi having abundant technology as well as stable and excellent product quality.

The factory was found and brought into production on 1998.It was the major enterprise of Chinese Nuclear lndustry Company originally. As for the factory, the total investment is over 30 million Yuan and the total asset is 56 million Yuan. XingDa factory employs 112 employees, and 30% of them hold the junior college degree and 12% engage in technology development. There are six extraction apparatuses having the capacity of 6 m3 each and their 285 pieces of advanced necessary equipment for concentration, extraction, ion exchange, refining and drying. The factory takes up an area of 10,000 square meters and workshop has built with an area of 5000 m2. In addition, the factory possesses a specified plantation of maidenhair tree covering the area of 54 hectares.

The factory has gradually established a management system suited for the market development aiming at the establishment of modern enterprise system under the base of management, the direction of market, the link of product, and the center of benefit. The factory has a large producing capacity and holds many elite products. The average producing (processing) capacity for regular plant (Chinese traditional medicine) reaches 10 tons per day. And three types over 30 extracts are produced, they are single herb plant extract, compound herbs plant extract and plant purification extract, besides, over 120 items are being researched. Among them, ginkgo biloba extract, momordica extract and pueraria obata extract, etc, express a dominate position occupying a big share in the same field of China. The main products of XingDa factory are ginkgo biloba extract, momrodica glycosides, pueraria lobata extract, soy bean isoflavones, tea polyphenols and radix isatidis extrct, etc. The products are manufactured strictly according to the standard fo GMP, which bring out the stable, excellent quality and a high reputation at home and abroad. At the same time, cooperating close with many universities and specific research institutes, the factory has researched and developed new products to meet the need of market continuously.

After reforming the extraction workshop for GMP according to the requirements of State Drug Administration under the Good Manufacturing Practices for Pharmaceutical Products and adding the manufacturing workshops of tablet, capsule, granule, the factory acquired the state GMP certificate in 2004.
